In August 2004, Toby and Carol Foster came to Scotland with a vision to start the Kingdom Vineyard in East Fife. Over a period of time God had been speaking to them about this part of the country and so with great excitement they left London and the Riverside Vineyard Church for the wide-open spaces of Fife.
Toby was born in Edinburgh, but has lived most of his life in London. He graduated with a Law degree and has worked for nearly 18 years in the Metropolitan Police. In the four years prior to their move Toby served as the Assistant Pastor at Riverside.
While Carol herself is Scottish, she lived abroad for many years before coming back to boarding school in St Andrews! She has a degree in French and Spanish, and has worked in Healthcare and Charity Administration. Toby and Carol have three daughters.
